Here is the proposed idea for this article of the Constitution. This is welcome to open discussion and HELPFUL comments. Please do not spam.

[center]ARTICLE 2: RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS

[left]Section 1: Rights of Members
All Members have the Following Rights:
1. The right to vote on laws and in elections
2. The right to freedoms of speech, privacy, religion, and peaceful assembly
3. The right to run for office
4. The right to introduce new proposals to the region
5. The right to propose new amendments to the Constitution
6. The right to the pursuit of happiness
7. The right to request assistance from other members
8. The right to be free from any form of libel or malicious slander

Section 2: Responsibilities of Members
All Members have the Following Responsibilities:
1. The responsibility to protect fellow members from attack
2. The responsibility to ensure the protection of Global Powers
3. The responsibility to participate in the regional government as a voting member
4. The responsibility to ensure the protection of the people
5. The responsibility to abide by the Regional Constitution


Section 3: Elastic Clause
The enumeration in the Regional Constitution of certain rights and responsibilities shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the members of Global Powers.
